Please read the below to ensure we are on the same page and that you feel comfortable booking with me. Thank you!

Cancellations & Refunds

Payment for all services is due upon booking. The cancellation and refund policy varies depending on the service you are booking. Here are the current policies:

Live Bookings

There is a $5 non-refundable booking fee for all live, online meeting (for example, a Tarot Reading or a Portfolio Review).

If you need to cancel a session, please contact me 24 hours before cancellation in order to receive a refund (minus the booking fee).

If you would like to reschedule a session, please contact me at least 6 hours before our session time.

Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the session.

Emailed Services

Emailed services include Artist Prompts and Tarot Writings. Because I begin work on an emailed service as soon as it is booked, payment is non-refundable for this type of service.

Cancellations by Wolf Marsh Tarot

Should something unexpected arise, I will let you know of a cancellation as far in advance as possible. If I cancel an appointment within 24 hours and we are unable to reschedule our time together, you will receive a full refund, including the $5 booking fee.

Tarot Services

All reading a completely private and confidential. While I keep notes from our time together, I use them only for reference purposes. I will not share any of your information or notes with a third party.

Tarot does not predict the future but is based on probably outcomes, given the reading and the current situation of the client.

I do not give specific financial, medical, legal or other advice that I am not professionally qualified to provide.

I do not give readings to persons under 18 without the consent of the Parent of Guardian.

Tarot Reading is subject to interpretation and should not be taken as Absolute. A Tarot Reading is unlikely to be 100% accurate.

Tarot Reading is not a replacement for Professional Medical/Legal/Business Opinion and Advice. While our sessions can be therapeutic and healing in nature, I am not a licensed psychologist or specialist healthcare professional. My services do not replace the care of psychologists or other healthcare professionals.

Any Decisions made, or Actions taken by you as a result of your Tarot Reading are your sole Responsibility and have not been Forced Upon You, by me, your Tarot Reader.

I assume no legal liability for any damages, losses, or other consequences of any client decisions, subsequent to, or based on, my Tarot readings.

Artist Services

While our Creative Counseling and consulting sessions can be therapeutic and healing in nature, I am not a licensed psychologist or specialist healthcare professional. My services do not replace the care of psychologists or other healthcare professionals.

My advice and feedback on artwork is based on my experience and success in the industry. However, it does not guarantee any particular outcome for your artwork or career as an artist.
